Reese discusses the ongoing violence in Louisville and other cities across our nation, and the importance of upholding the rule of law. Reese is joined on the show by John Bonsignor to honor the memory of civil rights leader Bennie Swans. Reese talks about the National Day of Prayer and a local prayer vigil to be held North Myrtle Beach. Reese discusses the passing and the judicial legacy of Ruth Bader Ginsburg, and her anticipated replacement, Amy Coney Barrett. We also discuss the grave threat of "court packing" and what it will mean if Democrats actually try to "pack" the SCOTUS with more than nine justices.

Reese talks about the National Day of Prayer going on today on the National Mall in Washington, DC, and a local event being held in North Myrtle Beach that will allow folks to gather here locally to pray for our country.  It will be held Saturday beginning at 5:00 pm at the North Myrtle Beach Sports Complex amphi-theatre.

Reese discusses the passing and the judicial legacy of Ruth Bader Ginsburg.  We also discuss who is anticipated to be the President's pick to replace "the Notorious RBG" on the Supreme Court, Amy Coney Barrett, and her judicial background and temperament, and what sort of Justice on the Supreme Court she is anticipated to be.  We discuss the Left's criticism of Judge Barrett and Sen. Diane Feinstein's that the "dogma lives strongly within" Judge Barrett.  Some of Judge Barrett's specific opinions and writings are discussed.

We discuss the importance of our constitution, the importance of "originalism" in judicial interpretition, and the importance of teaching our children and young people what these charter documents mean to us.  Larry Biddle calls the show to discuss the "Charters of Freedom" project and efforts to obtain to set up displays of our founding documents in various places to help pass along these important lessons to all Americans.

Reese discusses recent suggestions that the Democrats will attempt to "pack" the Supreme Court if they take the White House and Congress in the November elections.
